There are multiple specifications available for planetary gear reducers, including 2 or 3 stages of planetary gears that can be combined with different types of primary gears. The first gear can be a helical gear, a bevel gear, or a combination of helical and spur teeth. The high-quality machining accuracy and finite element analysis of the planetary gear holder have optimized the load distribution on the surface of the planetary gear and other contact parts. The planetary gear reducer adopts a modular design, which can be combined according to customer requirements. The reducer adopts involute planetary gear transmission, making reasonable use of internal and external meshing and power splitting. The gears are all treated with carburizing, quenching or nitriding to obtain a high hardness and wear-resistant surface. After heat treatment, the gears are ground to reduce noise and improve the efficiency and service life of the whole machine.
The use of 20CrMnTi carburizing quenching and gear grinding has the characteristics of small size, light weight, high load-bearing capacity, long service life, smooth operation, low noise, high output torque, high speed ratio, high efficiency, and safe performance.
It has the characteristics of power splitting and multi tooth meshing for exclusive use. It is a new type of gearbox with wide versatility. The maximum input power can reach 104 kW.
